SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Once you complete your purchase, we will contact you via cell phone, WhatsApp, and/or email within 24 hours to coordinate the delivery date and time.
FREE Shipping
Promotion valid throughout July 2024 for purchases made through our website for a minimum amount of S/199. Applicable only to shipments within Peru and through regular shipping services.
Regular shipping
We ship to Lima using Olva Courier or a courier company. It takes from a few hours to a maximum of five days for your product to arrive. This depends on the district and time of day. For shipments to provinces, we use Olva Courier. We send your order as quickly as possible and share the package tracking number with you.
Fast Shipping
Expedited shipments will be sent within 24 hours after the order is placed. (Hours may vary due to holidays) They are only available for metropolitan Lima, Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Shipping to the USA
We ship to the USA via DHL. Shipping times are 2-6 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
RETURNS
At CROMO we want you to be free and happy, that's why we have a super flexible return policy.
If anything happens to your polo (regarding the construction or print) we will give you a new one.
If you want to exchange it, you can do so without any problems or receipts. Just use your name/the name of the person who made the purchase.
If you don't want it and have never used it, we'll exchange it or refund 100% of your money.
To complete this process, you can go to the store and request the option you need. Alternatively, you can send us the product. If it's our fault, we'll cover the cost of the initial shipping (round trip). Every case is unique, and there's a solution.
